Before I get to this week’s newsletter, I wanted to share some exciting news about an upcoming show of my photographs. I’ll have several photographs in a group show “La Primavera” at the Meeting House Gallery in Columbia, Maryland. The show will be on display from May 5 – July 28. The opening reception will be Sunday May 6 from 12:30 – 2:30 pm. I’ll be sharing more information about the show as it gets closer.
And now for this week’s newsletter . . .
I’ve just returned from a wonderful photography trip to the Atlanta area. I spent several days photographing flowers at local gardens and I thought I’d share a few of the photos with you today.
I photographed azaleas and spring wildflowers at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain
The next day, I photographed some wonderful daffodils at Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground before photographing their wonderful Japanese garden.
At the Atlanta Botanical Garden, I found many wonderful flowers to photograph including Darlin’s Dream Azaleas, columbine, Eco Easter Japanese Irises and poppy anemones.
And finally, some beautiful pink dogwoods near the “In The Rain” sculpture at Oakland Cemetery.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing my flower photos from Atlanta.
