Bright Pink Mini Callas ©2018 Patty Hankins
I’ve recently added a photograph Bright Pink Mini Callas to my website at https://beautifulflowerpictures.com/store/callabrightpink/ It is available matted to 10″X20″ for $ 69.00 or 12″X24″ for $ 99.
As I photographed these wonderful callas, I felt like I was seeing gentle rolling hills in a bright pink landscape rather than flowers. So as I edited the photo, I wanted to share the sense of rolling hills with you. To share the look I wanted to share, I needed to take 8 separate photographs and merge them into this final image.

I’ve added a photograph of a Picasso Callas to my website at https://beautifulflowerpictures.com/store/picasso-callas/ It is available matted to 12″X20″ for $ 84.00 or 16″X24″ for $ 134.
When I saw how these petals of several purple and white Picasso callas looked in my studio, the waves and contrasting colors reminded me of the fields of crops in the Palouse region of Washington State. There, the colors were green and gold, in my studio, they were purple and white.

Earlier this year I photographed a set of pink & white mini callas. As I photographed them, I kept seeing all the wonderful curves in the petals – so that’s what I photographed. As I edited the photos, I realized there weren’t any in the set that showed the entire flower – instead for me it was all about the shapes and curves I saw. I thought I’d share this set of calla photos with you today.

Not long ago, I photographed a couple of Papaya Callas in my studio. I was fascinated by the shapes and lines I saw in the flowers so I photographed them against a solid black background.

Earlier this year I photographed a set of Picasso Callas in my studio. These callas had purple petals with white around the edges. Most of the photos I took ended up being abstracts.
