Ivory Flame

During the pandemic, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Ivory Flame, one of my favorite models, a few times. Fortunately for photographers, models figured out how to work remotely, so when these photos were taken, I was working in my basement here in Bethesda, and Ivory Flame was posing at her home in England. Here are a few photos from my two most recent sessions with Ivory Flame.

Blue River Dream

One of the figure models we work with is Blue River Dream, a local model here in the DC area. She is always great fun to collaborate with on ideas for photos. I’ll come up with an idea for a photo session, she’ll look through what she has for wardrobe and props, and between us, we always come up with wonderful ideas. I hope you enjoy seeing some of my photos of Blue River Dream.

Zoe Celesta West

I’ve been lucky enough to photograph Zoe Celesta West on two different occasions: the first, at a workshop with Marie Otero, and the second in our studio in Bethesda. I’m looking forward to working with Zoe again once we’re able reopen our studio and it’s safe for models to travel again.

Gazelle Powers

In December 2019, I had the chance to work with Gazelle Powers, a local fine-art figure model. I shared my ideas for my Kodak Girls inspired series with her and she arrived for our session full of ideas, and with some wonderful outfits. I can’t wait to work with Gazelle again once it is safe to reopen our studio.

Wayne Sequoyah Bladen
