I’m busy planning my photography workshops for Summer 2016. I don’t have all the details in place yet – so haven’t opened registration yet – but did want to let you know what and when I’ll be teaching later this year.
June 4-5 Intro to Lightroom: From RAW (or JPG) to Masterpieces in a Weekend
Learn the basics of Adobe Lightroom. By the end of the weekend, you’ll know how to import, organize, and edit your photos, as well as export them for use on the web or in print, even if you’ve never used Lightroom before. Limited to 6 students.
July 15-17 Photographing Flowers (Without Swearing at Your Camera!)
Whether you’re struggling with how to use your camera and tripod or looking for advice on how to improve your flower photos, join me for a weekend of flower photography. Classroom sessions will focus on art & craft of photography, while the field sessions offer you a chance for one-on-one help with your flower photography.Limited to 6 students.
August 13 Photographing a Model in the Studio
Join Bill and me for an afternoon of working with a professional fine art nude model in a studio. We’ll cover the basics of studio lighting, talk about how to work with a model, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful model. Limited to 4 students.
September 10 Photographing Flowers in the Studio
Join Bill and me for an afternoon of photographing flowers in a studio. We’ll cover the basics of studio lighting (both continuous lighting and strobes) and you’ll have the chance to photograph flower under both types of lights. Limited to 4 students.
I am taking names at this time of people who are interested in attending any (or all) of my summer workshops. Registration is limited to either 4 or 6 participants per workshop. If you let me know now you are interested in one of my workshops, I’ll put you on the list of people who will be the first to receive the registration info for the workshops.
