In the spring, summer and fall, I try to spend as much time as I can out photographing. Which means come winter, I spend more time in the studio and at the computer editing photos. I’ve added seven new photographs to my website in the past few weeks. Five are new flower photographs, and two are found still lifes from my trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park last fall.
The new flower photos will all be featured in my Beauty of Flowers show at Green Spring Gardens in just a few weeks. Here’s a first look at my new flower photos.
The last two photos were taken at Cades Cove Methodist Church in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. They are scenes of objects left by others in the church, and I photographed them as I found them. So I consider them found still lifes, rather than still life scenes I arranged in my studio.
I’m still editing several more flower photos, a few landscapes, some still lifes and a few kallitypes for my graveyard series. I’m looking forward to sharing them with you in the weeks and months to come.
You can always see my latest photos on the new photos page on my website at https://beautifulflowerpictures.com/store/new-photos-2/
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing my latest photos.
