Purple Star Freesia

A few weeks ago, I photographed some Freesia at Brookside Gardens and decided to keep an eye out for more varieties of Freesia to photograph. Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph another variety – Purple Star Freesia at Longwood Gardens.

Here are a few of my photos of the Purple Star Freesia.

    I enjoyed your photographs. Such clarity. May I ask , What kind/model of camera did you use to photograph the flowers? I can almost semll the freesia and the blue poppies are stunning.

    I’m currently using a Canon 5D Mark II. The lens I most often use is the Canon 100mm f2.8 macro lens.
